Ca’n Gatulux is a brand new villa finished in December 2017. It is one of the finest and most luxurious holiday villas in Pollensa (North of Mallorca) and is situated in a quiet, privileged and elevated area offering the most stunning sea views over the Bay of Pollensa. It was built using the best quality materials and it has 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms with a maximum capacity of 14 people including children and babies. This villa is beautifully furnished, stylishly lit and skillfully dressed with local artifacts and contemporary works of art. It has all the modern comforts and luxuries, including air conditioning and central heating throughout the house (with individual thermostats in every room), heated floors and high speed Internet WIFI.
Villa Ca’n Gatulux is located near the Pollensa Golf Club, only 3.5 kilometers from Pollensa and 10 kilometers from Puerto Pollensa. In a 10 minute drive you will find all the beaches, bars, restaurants, nightlife and everything else that makes Mallorca the right place for your holidays. The Pollensa Golf Club is located within a 3 minute drive from villa Ca’n Gatulux.

The house has two floors and a total built area of 500 square meters (plus terrace) and the private land on which it is located is 50.000 square meters big.
The ground floor of the house has 280 square meters and there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining room, a guest WC, a big kitchen, a pantry and a laundry room. Bedroom number 1 is a twin bedroom (two 0,90x1,80 meters beds) with a bathroom en-suite. Bedroom number 2 is a double bedroom (2x2 meters bed) with a bathroom en-suite completely adapted for wheelchair users.
The ample living and dining room has a fireplace and a TV with an integrated digital receiver. We receive most of the free-to-air channels from Europe, and also a few channels from other continents. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything that you will need: cutlery, dishes, glasses, cookware, an oven, a microwave, two dishwashers, a fridge, a freezer, an induction hob, different types of coffee machines (italian, american and Nespresso), a water boiler, a blender and many other small kitchen appliances. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, a dryer and an iron with an ironing board. In the pantry there is a safe box.
The upper floor of the house has 220 square meters and there are five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Bedroom number 3 is a double bedroom (2x2 meters bed) with a bathroom en-suite. Bedroom number 4 is a twin bedroom (two 1x2 meters beds) with a bathroom en-suite. Bedroom number 5 is a twin bedroom (two 1x2 meters beds) with a bathroom en-suite. Bedroom number 6 is a double bedroom (2x2 meters bed) with a bathroom en-suite. Bedroom number 7 is a double bedroom (2x2 meters bed) with bathroom en-suite. There is a huge terrace shared by bedrooms 4, 5, 6 and 7 with sofas and chairs where you can enjoy the spectacular views.
The massive garden area is over 500 square meters with a terrace of 360 square meters. There is a large swimming pool of 60 square meters (5x12 meters with a shallow end of 1,45 meters, a deep end of 2,15 meters and a 3x3 meters area for babies and young children that's only 37 centimeters deep), a BBQ, tables, chairs and sun loungers. The grass is artificial, which means that it's always green, clean and comfortable. Two small porches and two sun umbrellas provide shade.
The swimming pool can be heated at 24ºC (more temperature depends on the weather) for 300 Euros per week.
There is enough parking space for at least ten cars.
4 hours of cleaning service are included once or twice a week depending on the length of the booking.
This villa is super child friendly and we have at the disposal of our guests and without any extra charges the use of baby cots, highchairs, stair gates and bed fences.
Furthermore we have a modern security fence for the swimming pool to prevent young children from drowning. This security fence can be removed for those guests who do not need it.
This villa is elderly friendly as well, with no steps to access the main areas, two bedrooms on the ground floor and all bathrooms with shower safety rails.
The house is adapted for a maximum of two wheelchair users. Bedroom number 2 on the ground floor is adapted for the handicapped and has wide doors in order to let wheelchairs in easily. This bedroom has a completely adapted bathroom with a wheel-in entry to the shower and a fold-down shower seat. We have at the disposal of our guests and without any extra charge the use of a shower commode wheelchair. There are no steps to the main areas of the property. Doors to the living room and to the kitchen are also wide enough for wheelchairs, although the kitchen is not adapted. We don't have a lift because all of the main areas of the house are on the ground floor.
This villa is pet friendly but you must inform us before booking if you are bringing any pets.
Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.
To make it more affordable for small groups our prices depend on the number of people that you book for. Our base prices are for up to 8 guests and there's an extra charge for each additional guest. This applies for all dates except for the May Half Term week and the months of July and August which only have one price for groups of up to 14 people regardless of how many guests stay at the villa. Children and babies must be included in the count like adults and the maximum capacity of 14 people can never be exceeded.

Check-in is from 16:00 hours and check-out is until 10:00 hours. This is necessary to allow enough time for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals.
Available for our guests and free of charge: security fence for the swimming pool, baby cots, highchairs, stair gates and bed fences.
As soon as the booking has been confirmed, we recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance that includes adequate coverage in the unlikely event that you have to cancel. We have a no cancellation policy which means that all the money that has been payed will not be returned in case that the guest cancels. Nevertheless if the guests cancels and later we are able to rebook the cancelled dates then all or part of the money will be returned.
These prices are for direct bookings with bank transfer payments only.
We also accept payments by credit/debit card for bookings made through a provider. We work with HomeAway, OwnersDirect, Fewo-Direkt, HolidayLettings, TripAdvisor, AirBNB, TuiVillas and Atraveo. Please note that when paying by credit/debit card through a provider prices increase between a 3% and a 15% due to fees and commissions.
When paying by bank transfer a 25% deposit is due on booking and the 75% balance is due 3 weeks before the arrival day.
When paying by credit/debit card the conditions regarding the amount of deposit needed to secure the booking and when the balance is due are variable, as each provider has different conditions.
Our prices include all taxes (10% I.V.A. and the sustainable tourism tax also known as ECOTAX), electricity, water, air conditioning, central heating, private swimming pool, private garden, beach and bath towels, linen and cleaning service once or twice a week depending on the length of the booking.

Minimum booking is 4 nights.
Special dates: The May Half Term week 2019 has a price of 7400 Euros for a maximum of 14 people. There is no reduced price for smaller groups.
