Es Coster de na Llusia is one of the most beautiful holiday villas in Alcudia (North of Mallorca). This villa is situated in a quiet, privileged and elevated area offering stunning sea views over the Bay of Pollensa. It was built in the year 2003 using the best quality materials and it has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with a maximum capacity of 8 people including children and babies. This villa is beautifully furnished, stylishly lit and skillfully dressed with local artifacts and contemporary works of art. It has all the modern comforts and luxuries, including air conditioning and central heating throughout the house (with individual thermostats in every room) and high speed Internet WIFI.
Villa Es Coster de na Llusia is located between Alcudia and Pollensa, only 4.5 kilometers from Puerto Alcudia and 9.5 kilometers from Puerto Pollensa. In a 5 minute drive you will find all the beaches, bars, restaurants, nightlife and everything else that makes Mallorca the right place for your holidays. Both the Alcanada and Pollensa Golf Clubs are located within a 15 minute drive from villa Es Coster de na Llusia.
This property is recommended for all kinds of families and groups, with or without children.
The house has two floors and a total built area of 304 square meters (plus terrace) and the private land on which it is located is 9.500 square meters big. A very friendly donkey called Llusia lives in a fenced area in the property near the house. She is big attraction for children, and sometimes for adults too!
The ground floor of the house has 173 square meters and there is a double bedroom (2×2 meters bed) with an en-suite bathroom, a spacious living and dining room, a guest WC, a big kitchen, a pantry and a laundry room.
The ample living and dining room has a fireplace, a TV, an international digital TV receiver, a DVD player and a music player that has speakers in every room of the house. We receive most of the free-to-air channels from Europe, and also a few channels from other continents. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything that you will need: cutlery, dishes, glasses, cookware, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, a ceramic hob, different types of coffee machines (italian, american and Nespresso), a water boiler, a blender and many other small kitchen appliances. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, a dryer and an iron with an ironing board. In the pantry there is a safe box.
The upper floor of the house has 131 square meters and there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. More specifically there is a double bedroom (2×2 meters bed) with an en-suite bathroom that has a hydromassage bathtub, and two twin bedrooms that share a bathroom. Each twin bedroom has two 1x2 meters beds. The double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms share a big and lovely terrace looking at the garden and swimming pool, and the other twin bedroom has a small balcony with mountain views.
The massive garden area has a large swimming pool of 40 square meters (with a shallow end of 1,21 meters and a deep end of 1,9 meters), a hot tub that is always heated at 35ºC with a capacity for 4 people, a BBQ and a terrace with a porch that provides shade completely furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers. There is a wooden playhouse that contains toys and swimming pool inflatables. In the garden area you will also find a Table Tennis table equipped with balls and rackets.
The entrance and the back of the property are beautifully surrounded by trees and plants, with enough parking space for at least six cars. A small porch provides shade for one car.
3 hours of cleaning service are included once or twice a week depending on the length of the booking.
In case that you are interested in this villa and the dates you want are already booked, please note that our other villa Bonnix is identical to villa Es Coster de na Llusia, and both of them are located in the same area. Booking the two properties for the same dates is an option for bigger groups of up to 16 people.
This villa is super child friendly and we have at the disposal of our guests and without any extra charges the use of baby cots, highchairs, stair gates and bed fences.
Furthermore we have a modern security fence for the swimming pool to prevent young children from drowning. This security fence can be removed for those guests who do not need it.
This villa is elderly friendly as well, with few and little steps to access the main areas, one bedroom on the ground floor and all bathrooms with shower safety rails.
This villa is pet friendly but you must inform us before booking if you are bringing any pets.
Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.
Check-in is from 14:00 hours and check-out is until 10:00 hours. This is necessary to allow enough time for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals.
Available for our guests and free of charge: security fence for the swimming pool, baby cots, highchairs, stair gates and bed fences.
As soon as the booking has been confirmed, we recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance that includes adequate coverage in the unlikely event that you have to cancel. We have a no cancellation policy which means that all the money that has been payed will not be returned in case that the guest cancels. Nevertheless if the guests cancels and later we are able to rebook the cancelled dates then all or part of the money will be returned.
These prices are for direct bookings with bank transfer payments only.
We also accept payments by credit/debit card for bookings made through a provider. We work with HomeAway, OwnersDirect, Fewo-Direkt, HolidayLettings, TripAdvisor, AirBNB, TuiVillas and Atraveo. Please note that when paying by credit/debit card through a provider prices increase between a 3% and a 15% due to fees and commissions.
When paying by bank transfer a 25% deposit is due on booking and the 75% balance is due 3 weeks before the arrival day.
When paying by credit/debit card the conditions regarding the amount of deposit needed to secure the booking and when the balance is due are variable, as each provider has different conditions.
Our prices include all taxes (10% I.V.A. and the sustainable tourism tax also known as ECOTAX), electricity, water, air conditioning, central heating, private swimming pool, heated hot tub (always at 35ºC), private garden, beach and bath towels, linen and cleaning service once or twice a week depending on the length of the booking.
Bookings from Saturday to Saturday will always be accepted. Other bookings have to be discussed. During the low season (from early November until late March) there is a minimum booking of 4 nights.
